On foot or with snow shoes through one of the most beautiful woodland pine forests in France. An abundance of wild game, landscapes of Siberian tundra, a change of surroundings guaranteed. Towards the end of the day visit La Maison de la Pinatelle which is a museum with interactive displays. It will help you to understand the landscapes around Chalinargues. You need your feet and your head for this hike! (Winter and summer)
Learn about orientation, necessary security measures, survival techniques, how to build an igloo and a winter shelter, how to use the equipment, and for the more adventurous and slightly mad……..actually doing it! (Summer or winter, the programme is adjusted depending on the season.
Reach the most beautiful summits in the massif with snow shoes; a good level of fitness is needed.
