The Ander has its source in this village of 104 inhabitants which has fine views over the Planèze and the Monts du Cantal.
You will appreciate the village pond and the picnic area at the entrance of the village.

  Les fontaines and bacs de Cheylanes. This stone structure was built in the 19th century and was recently restored. It is a fine example of handicraft in bygone days.

Walks
At Toursou, you will discover the only lily shaped cross in the Pays de Murat

Strolling through the village you will appreciate the traditional village oven with its low walls and its two sided roof made out of thick slate. Open all year.

Snow

Cross country skiing  : The ski runs in the Ché and Les Fraux sectors are both near the village.

These ski runs are part of the Nordic Domaine Lioran-Haute Planèze. They are consequently way marked and safe, they have been prepared for traditional skiing or skating.
